DaPoint Digital™ is the technology and digital-economy division of DaPoint Entertainment LLC. It exists to connect creators, entertainment, community, rewards, access, safety, and future digital ownership through one growing ecosystem.

DaPoint Coin, or DPC, is the planned community and utility currency of the DaPoint Universe.

No. DPC is not launched. The official production mint has not been created.

The first DaPoint-branded token was created through Pump.fun as an early experiment. That prototype led to the broader DaPoint Digital vision. It is not being presented as the future official DPC mint.

The original prototype was created through a platform commonly associated with meme-token launches. The future official DPC is being developed as a community and utility token for the DaPoint ecosystem. DaPoint Digital does not position DPC as a meme coin.

DPC is planned for Solana using the Original SPL Token Program.

The planned fixed maximum supply is 1,000,000,000 DPC, subject to final legal, technical, security, tax, accounting, and authority decisions before launch.

Six decimals is the current planning assumption for a standard SPL token so utility, rewards, and accounting can support smaller units without pretending the token is already minted.

STRAIGHT2daPOINT DELIVERY™ is planned as a first real-world utility pilot. Phase One keeps customer payments in USD while future DPC-related ideas may include loyalty rewards, referral rewards, approved discounts, local-business promotions, community campaigns, and merch or service bundles.

No. Holding DPC does not grant ownership, equity, company stock, employment, debt, revenue-sharing rights, profit-sharing rights, voting shares, or control of DaPoint Entertainment LLC.

No. DaPoint Entertainment LLC retains ownership and strategic control of its brands, intellectual property, music, characters, platforms, and business operations.

Future community voting may apply only to approved non-corporate matters, such as selected community topics, creative prompts, or participation choices.

No price increase, profit, income, liquidity, or market performance is promised or guaranteed. Digital assets may be volatile and can lose value.

Founder’s Weekend refers to July 11–12, 2026, when the DaPoint Digital structure, Constitution, and DPC positioning were organized into a long-term system.

Lil’ Point is the official community guide and digital host for the DaPoint Universe. Lil’ Point never asks for funds, seed phrases, private keys, or wallet credentials.
