Eligibility and access
Participation is optional, invitation-only, and limited to people age 18 or older who receive a participant ID and private access code from an authorized DaPoint operator. Public self-enrollment is not available.

These operating rules describe the limited pilot. They are general information and should receive professional legal, tax, and accounting review before broader public activation.

Eligible activity
Published pilot actions may include a verified completed delivery, verified referral, approved community check-in, or eligible feedback. Each action must meet its stated limit and verification requirements.

Honest feedback
Feedback eligibility never depends on a positive opinion. Positive, neutral, and negative feedback are treated equally when the activity otherwise meets the pilot rules. The pilot does not require a public review.

Verification and approval
Submitted activity remains pending until an authorized operator verifies it. Canceled, refunded, duplicate, self-referred, automated, manipulated, or unverifiable activity is not eligible.

Point status
Approved points are an off-chain record only. They have no cash value, are not property or legal currency, are not DPC, are not transferable, and cannot currently be purchased, sold, converted, or redeemed.

Corrections and reversals
DaPoint may delay, reject, correct, or reverse points when records are inaccurate, an underlying transaction is canceled or refunded, duplicate credit occurs, or the rules are abused. History remains visible instead of silently changing the balance.

No guaranteed availability
Actions, point amounts, limits, eligibility, and pilot availability may change or end. Material changes will be published with an updated version before they apply prospectively.

Access security
Participants must keep access codes private. DaPoint and Lil’ Point will never request a seed phrase, private key, wallet approval, token purchase, or payment to access pilot points.

Questions and disputes
Contact DaPoint support within 30 days of the relevant entry and include only the participant ID and reward reference. Do not send payment card data, wallet secrets, passwords, or unnecessary personal information.

Program integrity
DaPoint may pause or close access for suspected fraud, abuse, threats, or attempts to compromise the service, while preserving a reviewable operational record.

These rules are a prelaunch operating draft, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Broader activation should follow review by qualified Louisiana professionals and confirmation of the correct operating entity name.
